In the  rooms in the restaurant, furnished with care and characterized by a warm and welcoming family style elegance, you will surely appreciate the delicacies created by the chefs; they are recipes from the typical Piedmont and international cuisine. All dishes are original thanks to the artisan work that at “casa reale” perpetuates itself wilfully despite the modern culinary industrialization.

Since about half a century the uniqueness of the recipes are jealously safeguarded by the Bertolino family that, generation after generation, notes down the secrets of the kitchen in a chain of manuscripts.

Refined dishes with an incomparable taste, please even the most exigent palates: hazelnut beef alla lurisiana, Raschera’s pie, Nonna Notina’s ravioli, pearl potatoes and turnips  dressed with leeks sauce, venison al Barolo, are just a few of the dishes that traditionally march  in a carousel of flavours.
Every dish, from the starter to the dessert, is accompanied with wines selected right down to the most delicate and flavourful.

The strategic position which is just a short distance from Cuneo and Turin and is only 16 km from  motorway  toll gate of Mondovi makes Hotel Reale a destination area for those who want to organize meetings and conventions.
